During the month of October we are holding a clothes drive in partnership with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arkansas Donation Center. The clothes drive will benefit Wesley's Capital Campaign in that the more clothing we collect, the more money we raise! Please drop off your new or "gently used" items in the boxes in the narthex. Wesley Chapel will celebrate Laity Sunday on October 19th. Members of the laity will bring the message at 8:00 and at 10:45 on what it means to be a member of the church. Then join us in recognizing the "Laity of the Year" during a banquet beginning at 12:30 pm in the Philander Smith Kendall Nugent Center. Contact the church office for ticket information. We look forward to everyone participating in this life-giving worship and celebration.

Ever wish life had a reset button? What would you rewind, do over, or replay? Beginning September 3rd we will explore how Jesus can cancel a person's past. Join us in Fellowship Hall for this six-week Bible study Wednesdays at noon and at 6 p.m. Read the book of Romans, and prepare to experience new mercies each and every day. Evening prayer begins at 5:30.

If you are interested in participating please see Brother Amani Floyd or contact the church office. We will next serve on October 21st at 6:00 p.m.
Ronald McDonald House: On each 4th Saturday a Wesley family or organization prepares and delivers food for the "Supper Club". This month members of Empowering African American Males will perform this service on October 25th at 5:30 p.m. If you would like to volunteer for this monthly project, please contact Brother Amani Floyd at email@example.com.
