The Wesley Chapel United Methodist Women will host A Call to Prayer and Self-Denial program Sunday, March 16th at 4:00 p.m. All members and guests are invited to highlight and celebrate the rich heritage of local mission institutions.
ANNUAL WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION
We invite you to join in our annual Women’s Day Celebration. The event theme is “Generations of Women Connecting to Serve,” based on Psalm 78:1-8.
Worship Celebrations on Sunday, March 23rd will include guest preachers Rev. Edna Morgan of St. Mark United Methodist Church and Healing Place Ministries, Pine Bluff, Arkansas at 8:00 a.m. and Minister Ramona Elliott of Church 228, Little Rock, at 10:45 a.m.
WOMEN'S DAY PRAYER BREAKFAST
A prayer breakfast will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Better Community Development, Inc. Empowerment Center, 3604 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72204.
Guest speaker Elder Sheree’ Evans Holmes of St. Mark Baptist Church in Little Rock will share a message of “Prayer, Praise & Purpose.”
Rehearsals for the Easter play will be held in the parsonage at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays beginning on March 5th. Parents of children and youth are asked to support them in this ministry.

The adult Bible study will begin a Lenten study at noon on Wednesday, March 12th and at 6pm on Thursday, March 13th. Mark Batterson's All In: You Are One Decision Away From a Totally Different Life will be the text. Contact the church office if you are interested in obtaining a copy of the book.
Outreach Volunteer Opportunities
The Broadway Bridge Project: On the third Tuesday of each month Wesley serves food to over 125 displaced individuals located in the Little Rock area. We are looking for volunteers to help cook, prepare and serve food for this event. The food is served downtown at City Hall. If you are interested in participating please see Brother Amani Floyd or contact the church office.
Ronald McDonald House: Once each month a Wesley family prepares and serves food for the "Supper Club". We are asking for volunteers for this monthly project. Youth Bible Study, ages 12 and up, takes place every 2nd and 4th Sunday from 9:15 until 10:15 am.
Youth Bible Fun Wednesdays are every Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 pm.
Men's Bible Study is held the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month, from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m.
